I spent a lot of time figuring out what to write on this blogpost which ought to be an introduction to TECC

And that’s exactly what it’s going to be: an introduction.

So…. Dramatic drumroll:

Welcome to TECC!

I’m Lynn Bojor and I help Young Entrepreneurs just like you, to identify and overcome possible obstacles you may face on your Entrepreneurial journey.

So let’s start with this:

WHO IS AN ENTREPRENEUR?

An entrepreneur is a person who creates a new business, bearing most of the risks and enjoying most of the rewards that comes from the business.

An entrepreneur is:

• Passionate
• Confident
• Creative
• Hardworking
• Open minded

An entrepreneur:

• Loves to learn
• Manages resources (time & energy)
• Takes risks, and
• Never gives up!
• You don’t have to be a CEO of a very big company to see yourself as an entrepreneur.

If you are a creative, an innovator, a personal brand or a young person hoping to change the world with your idea, this blog is for you.

There is a phase of similar occurrences that every entrepreneur goes through in their different fields and it can easily be documented as:

THE ENTREPRENEUR’S JOURNEY

An entrepreneur’s journey is one filled with uncertainties and difficulties.

It is a process that every entrepreneur passes through. It may be fast for some persons, but may also be not so fast for some others

Entrepreneurship is not just about making a lot of money.

Although it is a big part of it, successful entrepreneurship is depends on your impact levels

It’s all about helping people discover their purpose, adding value to the society, and mentoring young people to succeed.

It is how you prepare for the results you get, how you respond to the challenges you face from time to time, how you remain consistent against all odds, how you tweak your actions when results aren’t forthcoming, how you see opportunities where no one else does, how you always see the bright side of whatever you encounter.

There are some experiences almost all entrepreneurs have in common at different stages of their journey which includes:

• Intimidation
• Fear
• Self – doubt
• Overwhelm
• Consistency
• Failure
• Rejuvenation, etcetera.

And,

Dealing with all these when they occur is going to require patience, retreat, clarity and some form of assistance in most cases.

Picture an adventurous movie..

In it, there is the hero (the main actor), the guide and then there is the adventure – an exciting, daring and heroic journey.

On TECC,

YOU, are the hero,

I am your guide

And we’ll go through this adventure filled journey together.
